Ways to Get Involved

We have many ways for interested parents, family, and friends to support our performers. Whether you are an Indy local or live far away, we have opportunities for you to get involved!

Sponsor a Meal: Each show day we like to provide our performers with a meal to ensure they have the nutrition they need to perform our best. We have some supporters that like to physically prepare a meal and serve it to the members, while others donate funds that Rhythm X uses to purchase a meals from a restaurant. Check out our Meal Fund page for more on how to donate!

Like to Drive? We have opportunities for anyone comfortable driving box trucks/U-hauls to help transport our props this season. You do not need any special license to drive a box truck. We also are looking to expand our team of CDL drivers to haul our equipment semis. We can provide the cab and a small payment for our CDL drivers. Whether you can drive for one show day or all, we would love your help! Fill out our interest form below or contact zayra@rhythmx.org.

Volunteer at our Merch Booth: One of our main fundraisers is selling merchandise at competitions. Working the merch booth is an easy, fun way to meet our fans and connect with others! We provide training and everything you need.

Share Your Talents: We always are in need of individuals with skills in sewing, carpentry/handy work, crafts, medical/nursing, event planning, marketing, and more. If you have an area you are passionate about please reach out to the admin team or contact@rhythmx.org.

Gift Card Fundraising: You can purchase gift cards to cover every day spending with proceeds going directly to Rhythm X! We partner with RaiseRight to do gift card fundraising (often called scrip fundraising). There are gift cards to a wide variety of retailers including grocery stores, restaurants, travel, clothing brands, Amazon/Walmart, and more! Visit the link to enroll and you can even name a specific member to sponsor their fees.

Amazon Wishlist: From handwarmers to help make truck loading/unloading more pleasant for our membership, to foam rollers, printer paper, scissors, batteries, and more! Anything you are able to donate goes directly to serving our membership and staff for a successful season.
