inventory & Merch Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Director

Summary:

The Inventory and Merch Coordinator is the friendly face of Rhythm X, bringing our brand to life through merchandise sales and fan engagement. This role combines sales savvy with organizational skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure booth space at shows and events, coordinating logistics with organizers.

• Set up and tear down merchandise booths, ensuring an appealing and efficient setup.

• Engage with fans and customers at the booth, providing excellent service and building relationships.

• Handle all sales transactions, including refunds and cash management.

• Track sales data, analyze trends, and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock.

• Provide input on pricing strategies, sales projections, and cost management.

• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with merchandise booth operations.

• Oversee Rhythm X's physical assets, including equipment and semi-trailers, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.

• Develop and implement systems to keep inventory and assets organized, clean, and accessible. Train members on proper upkeep.

• Collaborate with media/marketing team members to design and order merch.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Basic financial and inventory management knowledge

• Enthusiasm for the Rhythm X brand and mission
