MARKETING director

Reports to: Executive Director

Summary:

The Marketing Director oversees the team that brings our brand out into the world. You will set our brand strategy and bring Rhythm X to life across our social media, merchandise, website, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Merch Coordinator, Digital Marketing Coordinator, web designer, and our videographers/photographers, setting clear goals, deadlines, and expectations

  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any concerns

  • Develop and implement processes, checklists, and resources to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time

  • Solve problems and help the team overcome challenges

  • Give feedback to help team members grow

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with branding, social media, and merchandise preferred

  • Great at communicating and working with others

  • Able to lead and motivate a team

  • Good at solving problems and making decisions

  • Stays calm under pressure

  • Understands the bigger picture and can think strategically
