PARTNERSHIPS AND OUTREACH Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Director

Summary:

The Partnerships and Outreach Coordinator helps Rhythm X grow and connect with the community. This role involves cultivating strategic partnerships, fostering community engagement, and identifying innovative opportunities to advance the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with organizations, businesses, and individuals that align with Rhythm X's values and goals.

• Oversee Rhythm X's partnership with the Cincinnati Bengals, coordinating performances at a few home games

• Develop and implement community outreach initiatives, such as educational clinics for students and performances at local events.

• Manage existing sponsorships and seek out new sponsorship opportunities.

• Work with Rhythm X staff, members, alumni, and volunteers to plan and execute external events, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.

• Think strategically about new initiatives that will contribute to Rhythm X’s stability and success

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with partners, doing outreach, or planning events.

• Great at talking and working with people; comfortable speaking in front of crowds

• Good at making connections and building relationships

• Strong written and oral communicator.

• Creative and strategic thinker.

• Organized and good at managing projects.

• Proactive and can work independently.
