Blair Neidlinger

Blair trained in ballet, tap, and jazz for 10 years prior to being introduced to the marching arts in high school. She was a color guard member of Legends Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015 and a visual ensemble member of Rhythm X in 2018.

Blair has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently a Paralegal II at 1st Source Bank where she primarily works on commercial and consumer lending matters. Blair earned an Associate of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College in 2019, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Trine University in 2021, and a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2026. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law from IU McKinney. Blair is currently in the process of obtaining a license to practice law in Indiana.

Blair is honored to serve on the board of Rhythm X and use her professional experience to support the organization.
