Michelle Ciriello

Assistant Director

Michelle Ciriello currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a Bachelor’s in Education earned in 2014, Michelle began her career in education, dedicating eight years to teaching before transitioning into the world of music and performance.

Michelle’s involvement in the music industry spans various DCI and WGI organizations, including the Bluecoats, Blue Knights, Veritas Indoor Ensemble, and the Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble. Her extensive experience in the field is complemented by her previous role as Director of Operations at a multi-location music academy.

Now in her fifth season with the Blue Knights and her third as Assistant Director, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to her role. Her leadership and passion continue to drive the success and innovation of the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps where she is excited to carry on to the Rhythm X organization.
