WGI Dayton Regional Recap
X14 had another great weekend at the WGI Dayton Regional at Kettering Fairmont High School, competing in prelims on Saturday and finals on Sunday. Rhythm X was proud to take first place in Independent World Class at finals! Take a look at prelims scores and finals scores.
The weather was finally nice enough to allow the cast to warm up in the lot! All lot warm ups are open to the public and we welcome you to come watch! Times and locations are posted on Twitter each weekend. These fans loved watching in the lot!
New at The X Store this weekend were Tim Fairbanks and Tim Jackson signature sticks by Innovative Percussion and stamped with the Rhythm X classic logo! Several fans and percussionists stopped by to try them out and take a pair home with them. These are the sticks all of the snares and quads use in the show- you should try them out too! Find them online at The X Store later this week or at The X Store booth at the WGI Mid-South Championships in two weeks.
The WGI Dayton Regional was the second weekend we ran The X Blog - Live! - featuring social media posts directly from our fans and insider updates from our rehearsals and performances. Remember to tag your posts #X14 to join in the conversation and you might just see yourself reposted on the liveblog. Did you miss out? We've archived the Dayton Regional live blog, check it out. Be sure to tune in at the Mid-South Championships in two weeks. You'll find it at rhythmx.org/live.
The audience packed the house and were so enthusiastic! Thank you to everyone who came out to support #X14! See you in two weeks at the WGI Mid-South Championships in Bowling Green Kentucky!
