Dave Schuller

Dave has been a passionate supporter of the pageantry arts for nearly a decade, first drawn to the activity through his two sons. His oldest, Morgan, performed for four years with Lebanon High School’s indoor drumline, and his youngest, Owen, performed at Lebanon before joining Rhythm X in 2023 — where he will be competing for one more season on the Plate Line.

Dave and his wife Kristie have been fans and supporters of Rhythm X since 2016, and have served as parent volunteers and donors since 2023. Joining the Board of Directors is a natural extension of a passion that has been woven into the fabric of their family life for years.

Professionally, Dave recently retired from Procter & Gamble after 26+ years as a Senior Design Director, where he led industrial design across some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, including Swiffer, Febreze, Mr. Clean, Old Spice and Always. Dave brings a proven background in creative leadership, strategic thinking, and building high-performing teams. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University.

Dave lives in Lebanon, Ohio with his wife Kristie and is excited to bring his passion and experience to support Rhythm X’s continued success.
